DMCA Takedown Request Process

Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email address

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line of your email. We respond to all valid DMCA notices within 2-3 business days.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. The removed content may be replaced or access restored in 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
